The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has announced that it will not oppose the sale of Kleenheat Gas’ east coast liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution business to Elgas Limited (Elgas) after accepting undertakings from Elgas and Kleenheat.

Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers (WesCEF), which includes CSBP and Kleenheat Gas, re-confirmed its commitment to the Clontarf Foundation this month signing off on another three year partnership.

Kleenheat Gas has agreed to the sale of its liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution business in Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, and Tasmania to Elgas Limited.
The sale agreement includes Kleenheat Gas’ customer and supplier lists, contracts and assets associated with the company’s LPG distribution business in these states.
